BAKED EGGS
Ingredients
50g ham, chopped 2 spring onions, finely chopped 4 eggs 3 tsp cheddar cheese, grated Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 180° and grease four ramekins or oven-proof bowls.
Divide the ham and onions among the four bowls.
Carefully break an egg into each bowl, taking care not to break the yellow.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper and some cheese over each egg and bake for about 10 minutes or until set.
