BAKED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients
1 tbsp low-fat spread 8 large, flat mushrooms 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped Salt and Pepper 150ml dry white wine 150ml low-fat cream
Method
Pre-heat the oven. Grease a large, shallow ovenproof dish. Peel the mushrooms, remove and discard the stalks. Place the mushrooms in the dish, gill sides up. Sprinkle with the garlic and a little salt and pepper.
Mix the wine with the cream and pour over the mushrooms. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Spoon the juices over.
