High above and on the Eighth floor, is one of Park’s lesser known but uniquely special restaurants - the Aqua. As the name denotes, the feel is that of water and blue, even as it incorporates cuisine from the Mediterranean. The restaurant overlooks the sparkling blue pool and the comfortable loungers and the fabric-draped cabanas promise hours of lazy enjoyment or soaking in the sun (on a mild day!). Aqua most certainly is a unique experience and the menu while being limited, is made to perfection. Evenings are incredibly romantic, as the city lights spread out with a fascinating brightness and vibrancy. Wednesdays bring in the barbecue with a variety of meats and fresh seafood. Vegetarians too can indulge in a whole array of exotic grilled vegetables, delectable salads and soft, warm fragrant breads.
